SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering expert services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed regarding the large number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA click here services.

“This is often due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support position here created for intervention experiences a higher influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it tough for the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to empower the servicing of all buyers and enhance access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
